The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the Commission to determine a candidate from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 19, 2015 No. UP-1111, an Electronic honor Board of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan is formed annually, which is one of the key factors of non-material incentives for a state civil servant and an increase in the rating of a state body.
The electronic honor board of the Republic of Tatarstan is an information section on the official portal of the republic, which contains information about state civil servants who are recognized as the best in professional service activities and have made a personal contribution to improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the powers of state bodies.
Adel Bayazitov, a representative of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Alexander Chashin, a member of the Council of Veterans of the Civil Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the meeting of the Commission as independent experts.
According to the results of the work for 2022, by a majority of votes of the Commission members present at the meeting, Tatyana Latyeva, Head of the Personnel and Civil Service Department, was identified as a candidate from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board of state Civil Servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.
