A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Muslyumovsky municipal district was held
Today, the Ministry held a video reception of the heads of rural settlements of the Muslyumovsky district of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy head of Muslyumovsky municipal district Azat Akhmetzyanov, Chief specialist of the Legal Department of the Executive Committee of Muslyumovsky Municipal District Ilseyar Salakhova, heads of rural settlements of the Muslyumovsky municipal district, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-government authorities, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, in particular, concerning property, land, housing issues, social protection of certain categories of citizens and in other areas.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Raliya Garifullina, spoke about the work of local self-government authorities of the Muslyumovsky district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government, raised the issue of the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, requirements of an immaterial nature and the execution of court decisions.
