Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues. The meeting was held by the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin.
The members of the Expert Council considered the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
"On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On public educators of minors";
"On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Use of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan" and Articles 2 and 8 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Public educators of minors" has been developed in order to bring into line with changes in federal legislation and improve the institute of public educators of minors in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The changes will make it possible to assign a public educator to a minor who is on preventive registration for other reasons. The assignment of public educators to this category is necessary to assist parents in the upbringing of minors, primarily from among students in educational organizations who do not attend educational organizations without a reason, in their compliance with the rules of conduct of these organizations, society and everyday life.
Following the meeting, both bills were approved by the members of the Expert Council.
