A meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held on March 28, 2023.

The following issues will be considered at the meeting of the Commission:

1. On anti–corruption activities in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) in 2022 (report on the implementation of anti-corruption policy measures in the Ministry in 2022).

2. Conducting an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts based on the results of 2022.

3. Measures taken in the Ministry to ensure compliance with legislation when using budget funds and property of the Ministry in order to combat corruption. Analysis of purchases made for the needs of the Ministry and the offices of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022. The results of placing a state order for the needs of the Ministry in 2022. Performance of indicators of the state task for management in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of the Ministry's activities in the implementation of public procurement.

4. On the results of on-site inspections within the framework of monitoring the implementation of measures of the state program "Implementation of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2025", approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 07/19/2014 No. 512, in 2022.

5. Results of monitoring compliance with uniform requirements for the placement and filling of sections of the official websites of the executive authorities of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and local self-government authorities of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Internet on anti-corruption issues by the end of 2022.
