A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Nurlatsky municipal district was held
Today, the Ministry held a video reception of the heads of rural settlements of the Nurlatsky district of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy head of the Nurlat municipal district Linar Manyapov, chief specialists of the legal Department of the Council of the Nurlat municipal district Tatiana Notfullina and Alexander Khanenya, heads of rural settlements of the Nurlat municipal district, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Consulting and Methodological Support of Local Self-government bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, in particular, concerning the early termination of powers of deputies of municipalities, property, land, housing issues, social protection of certain categories of citizens and in other areas.
Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Ilsia Hisamova, spoke about the work of local self-government bodies of the Nurlat district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government, raised the issue of the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, non-property requirements and the execution of court decisions.
