Training of experts on conducting an independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts

The Ministry of Justice has trained experts accredited in 2022-2023 to conduct an independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts.

The purpose of the training is to improve the professional competencies of independent experts in terms of conducting anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts and legal and technical design of draft regulatory legal acts.

First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov delivered a welcoming speech at the opening of the training.

The main adviser of the Anti-Corruption Monitoring Department of the Raisa Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption Policy A.V. Lokhotskaya, Head of the Department on Regulatory Legal Acts of the subject of the Russian Federation and the Federal Register, maintaining the register of municipalities, registration and maintenance of the register of Charters of Municipalities of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. delivered training lectures.
