Training seminar for employees of legal services of local self-government authorities
Today, Maya Pashkova, head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local self-government authorities, conducted a training seminar for employees of legal services of local self-government bodies on the topic "Review of changes in legislation on local self-government. Bringing municipal regulatory legal acts into compliance with the legislation".
The event was attended by the Head of the Department for Regional Legislation and Registration of Municipal Charters of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifat Rakhimov, Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal work in the Field of local self-government and municipal register of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsia Hisamova, Prosecutor of the Department No. 1 for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for Supervision of execution of the federal legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Oskar Yuzlibayev.
The seminar considered changes in legislation on local self-government, topical issues of registration of charters of municipalities and municipal legal acts on amendments to the charters of municipalities, as well as the procedure for bringing municipal regulatory legal acts into compliance with legislation using AIS "Code".
