Attestation of employees of magistrates' offices at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina held a meeting of the attestation commission for granting a class rank of civil service of Tatarstan and attestation of civil servants of the magistrates' offices of the republic.

 

Alina Badamshina, consultant of the magistrate's office of the Kirovsky judicial district No. 3 of the city of Kazan, has been working for three years now and is among those going through the certification procedure which had to be preceded by a test. According to Alina, she has been thoroughly preparing for the exam, penetrating into the civil service legislation, anti-corruption legislation and other legal acts regulating her professional activities.

 

The attestation commission decided that 3 civil servants passed the qualification exam and were recommended for assignment to class ranks according to the positions they hold. Seven attestants were recognized as corresponding to their positions in the civil service, three attestants corresponded to their positions and were recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve, and two attestants corresponded to their positions on condition of obtaining additional professional education.

 

The attestation makes it possible to timely assess the knowledge, experience and quality of work and performance efficiency of employees. Since the beginning of 2023, 36 employees of the Magistrates' Offices of the Republic of Tatarstan underwent attestation.
