Meeting with senior magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today the Ministry of Justice held a meeting with senior magistrates of the Republic.
At the meeting discussed one of the topical directions of improvement of justice - optimization of the judicial load through the increase of the application of modern technologies in the judicial proceedings. So, for example, the deputy minister of justice Nadezhda Ragozina separately stopped on new service "electronic queue".
Let us remind that, starting April 3, 2023, all precincts of justices of the peace in the Republic of Tatarstan will be equipped with a new service of pre-registration of visits to justices of the peace, implemented through the Portal of Public and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The "Electronic queue" service allows citizens to make an appointment at the judicial precinct to review the case file, issue the court act, the court act with a mark of entry into force, writ of execution or documents from the archives.
At the end, they also discussed comments and suggestions to ensure the activities of magistrates of the republic.
