Meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina took part in the meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held today under the chairmanship of Aidar Galiakberov.
Speaking at the meeting, Nadezhda Ragozina told about the cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
She noted that the efficiency of magistrates' work largely depends on ensuring safety of magistrates, their employees, visitors, as well as buildings and premises of court precincts.
In 2022, jointly with their colleagues from bailiff service, there were held trainings on actions in case of emergency situations in the buildings of justices of the peace. Exercises were held in 4 buildings of court districts of Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk.
On September 1, the service of sending enforcement documents to the Federal Bailiff Service electronically through the "Justices of the Peace" program complex was launched. As of today over 50 thousand documents were sent to bailiff service electronically. According to the deputy minister, the service has improved the efficiency of execution of judicial acts, reduced the risk of loss of executive documents and the cost of sending postal correspondence.
