Video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Pestrechinsky Municipal District was held
Today the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Pestrechinsky district of the republic.
The event was chaired by the Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Venera Ignatyeva, Deputy Head of Pestrechinsky Municipal District, Svetlana Pavlova, Head of Legal Department of Pestrechinsky Municipal District Council, heads of rural settlements of Pestrechinsky Municipal District as well as the Ministry staff.
Albert Kamalutdinov, the leading advisor of the department of legal advice and methodological support of local government, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, particularly related to the early termination of deputies of municipalities, property, land, housing issues, social protection of certain categories of citizens, as well as in other areas of interest to municipalities.
The Head of the Department of Legal and Regulatory Work in the Field of Local Government and Municipal Registry, Mrs. Raliya Garifullina, told about the work of local governments of the Pestrechinsky Municipal District in terms of submitting acts to the municipal registry and bringing them in line with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasimova, head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Government, touched upon the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, non-property claims and execution of court decisions.
