Video reception of the heads of rural settlements included in the Rybno-Slobodsky Municipal District was held
Today the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements in Rybnaya Sloboda district of the republic.
The event was attended by Firdania Akhmetzyanova, Deputy Head of Rybnaya Sloboda Municipal District, Bulat Kaliyev, Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Council of Rybnaya Sloboda Municipal District, heads of rural settlements, which are part of
Rybno-Slobodsky Municipal District, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, the leading adviser of the department of legal consulting and methodical support of local governments, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, particularly concerning early termination of deputies of municipalities, property, land and housing issues, social protection of certain categories of citizens, as well as other areas of interest to municipalities.
Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of normative and legal work in the field of local government and municipal register, spoke about the work of local governments of Rybnaya Sloboda region in terms of submitting acts to the municipal register and bringing them in line with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasimova, head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in Local Government, touched upon the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on administrative responsibility, non-property claims and execution of court decisions.
