Meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by the acting minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov held a meeting of the working group of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal issues.
At the meeting they discussed:
1) the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Tatarstan". The developer of the draft law is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Biological Resources;
2) a question on correction of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of January 16, 2003 № 3-ZRT "On Public Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan" in order to implement subparagraph "c" of paragraph 3 of Article 17 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 № 79-FZ "On State Civil Service of the Russian Federation" in accordance with the letter of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of 14.04.2023 № 28-6/10/P-2908.
Following the results of the discussion the draft law on amendments to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Tatarstan was returned for revision, on the second question it was decided that it should be further discussed with the participation of the Department of State Service and Personnel under the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan.
