Summing up the results of work on the implementation of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Muharryam Ibyatov there was held a video conference on the implementation by the local self-government authorities of some state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred to them, based on the results of work for the 1st quarter of 2023.
The event was attended by the representatives of the municipalities, responsible for the organization of the administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts, officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses, as well as responsible for collecting information from the settlements included in the municipal district, required for maintaining the register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting the head of the department of normative legal work in the field of local government and maintenance of the municipal register, Raliya Garifullina summarized the results of the implementation by local government authorities of state powers to collect information required to maintain the municipal register.
Gulnara Kasymova, the Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government, reported on the results of activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials.
Albert Ibyatullin, Head of the Department for Enforcement Proceedings of the Head Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented information on the enforcement of fines.
Representatives of administrative commissions of Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk District were heard during the discussion of fine recovery figures.
At the end of the meeting the Deputy Minister set the tasks for the organization of effective work in order to reduce the arrears of administrative fines and fill up the municipal register.
