Meeting on the execution of claims of a non-property character

Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice Muharryam Ibyatov a meeting was held via videoconference on monitoring of non-property claims and execution of judgments, debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions for the first quarter of 2023.

Gulnara Kasimova, the head of the department of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, made a report on the results of the work for the reporting period. The main remarks on the filling of the reporting registers were discussed.

The meeting drew attention to the need to provide reliable information and responsible attitude to the tasks, including through reconciliation with the information of bailiffs.
