The Ministry of Justice discussed the conversion of documents into electronic form
Today the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a working meeting with representatives of the State Committee of Tatarstan on Archives.
The meeting discussed the recommendations on the preparation by the executive authorities of the lists of documents, the creation, storage and use of which can be carried out in the form of electronic documents.
Based on the analysis of the nomenclature of cases it was revealed that 265 cases per year are created in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Within the framework of the meeting Gulnara Minzyanova, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archives, told about the main provisions of conversion of electronic documents, creation of electronic and material duplicates of documents and their storage.
"Conversion of paper documents into electronic form preserves their legal value," specified Gulnara Minzyanova.
