Results of the meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues.
Members of the Expert Council considered the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
1) "On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Property Tax of Organizations";
2) "On Amendments to Articles 135 and 135⁴ of the Ecological Code of the Republic of Tatarstan";
3) "On Amendments to Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan";
4) "On amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The draft law on introducing amendments to Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan" has been developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of the federal legislation, under which the state civil servants have the right to participate on a non-repayable basis in managing a commercial organization, being an organization of the state corporation, state company or public law company, more than 50 percent of the shares (interest) of which is in co
The above draft law proposes to establish the right of a state civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan to participate on a gratuitous basis in management of the above organizations, and the power to establish the procedure for such participation should be assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Following the results of the meeting the bills were approved by the members of the Expert Council.
