Seminars-meetings for heads of rural settlements of the republic

Annual cluster seminars-meetings on topical issues of local self-government for heads of rural settlements are held in the republic.

On May 29, Deputy Minister Mukharyam Ibyatov attended another seminar-meeting held in Verkhny Uslon village.

During his speech, Mukharriam Ibyatov reviewed problematic issues that heads of rural settlements had to deal with during notarial acts, management of municipal property, etc. The problematic issues were discussed at the seminar. The Deputy Minister paid special attention to municipal rule making and systematization of laws and highlighted typical mistakes made in publishing municipal acts on the Official Legal Information Portal.
