Video reception of heads of rural settlements within the Tyulyachinskiy Municipal Area was held
Today, the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements of the Tyulyachinsky municipal district of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Tyulyachinsky Municipal District Airat Fatkhullin, Head of the Legal Department of the Executive Committee of the Tyulyachinsky Municipal District Yuri Emelyanov, heads of rural settlements within the Tyulyachinsky Municipal District, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, Leading Counselor of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation, in particular, those related to social protection of certain categories of citizens, property, land, town-planning, housing issues, as well as in other areas of interest to municipal bodies.
Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of Municipal Register, told about the work of local self-government authorities of Tyulyachinsky Raion in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department on territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, touched upon the issue of implementation of transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, claims of non-property nature and execution of court decisions.
