Enforcement of non-property claims and judgments

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has started the work on organization of execution of claims and enforcement proceedings of non-property nature brought against public authorities, state and municipal institutions.

The first 5 municipalities (Kazan city, Agryz, Aznakaevsky, Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Aktanyshsky districts) were heard today in the video link mode together with representatives of the bailiff service.

In the course of the meeting recommendations on effective execution of claims and court decisions were discussed and worked out.

This work will be continued on a weekly basis.
