31 July 2023, Monday

Today the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan published on the Official Legal Information Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers abolishing all anticode restrictions in Tatarstan.

Prepared by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the resolution on recognizing certain acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan as null and void was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic.

"According to the document 88 acts have ceased to have effect. At one time certain quarantine restrictions were introduced by these acts. If we recall, Tatarstan residents had to observe self-isolation and get passes to move around the city. In the Republic there was a ban on the operation of night clubs (discos), bars and other organizations of the recreation and entertainment industry, smoking hookahs in restaurants, bars, cafes and other public places. In addition, the number of people present at leisure, entertainment, physical culture, sports, exhibition, educational and advertising events was limited, and civil registry offices had to reduce the number of guests at weddings. Of course, as the epidemiological situation improved, the restrictions were gradually lifted," said Minister of Justice of RT Rustem Zagidullin.
