Providing free legal aid at a military hospital
Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau Azat Khusaenov within the framework of implementation of the Agreement with the branch of the State Fund for Support of Participants of the Special Military Operation "Defenders of the Fatherland" in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the joint reception of the participants of the special military operation who are undergoing treatment in Kazan in the military hospital of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The applicants were concerned with the issues of receiving insurance payments for injuries, appealing against the conclusions of military medical commissions, on the measures of state support, including family members of the participants of the special military operation.
The applicants were provided with legal assistance, including the preparation of appropriate applications to authorized and supervisory bodies for taking measures to restore violated rights. A total of 42 servicemen came to the reception.
