Announcement on the beginning of applications for participation in the Republican contest of experts
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the annual republican contest of experts on independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts from October 1 to October 30, 2023 (Regulations on the contest approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 14. 12.2015 No. 943 (as amended by Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 22.07.2016 No. 502, dated 31.03.2017 No. 203, dated 24.10.2017 No. 807, dated 23.07.2018 No. 581, dated 20.07.2020 No. 606, dated 28.06.2021 No. 502, dated 25.03.2022 No. 270, dated 04.04.2023 No. 398)).
Applications for participation in the tender shall be accepted in the form. The application shall be accompanied by:
copy of the certificate (notification) on accreditation of an individual as an independent expert authorized to conduct anti-corruption expert examination of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts;
copies of conclusions in the form approved by Order No. 363 of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated October 21, 2011, indicating the identified corruption risk factors and ways to eliminate them, for the period from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023. If the report does not contain an indication of a corruption risk factor and the method of its elimination, such report shall not be accepted for consideration;
copies of motivated responses of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, state bodies, local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan and their officials on the results of consideration of conclusions (if any);
certificate of the tax authority on fulfillment by the taxpayer (taxpayer of the levy, payer of insurance contributions, tax agent) of the obligation to pay taxes, levies, insurance contributions, penalties, fines, interest in the form approved by the Federal Tax Service.

Determination of winners is carried out by the contest committee in the period from November 1 to November 20, 2023. The results of the competition within three working days from the date of signing the minutes of the meeting of the Competition Commission are posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" at: www.minjust.tatarstan.ru.
