Enforcement of non-property claims and judgments

Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin held a meeting on the results of monitoring the fulfillment of claims and enforcement proceedings of non-property nature for the first half of 2023 with Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Drozhzhzhanovsky, Elabuzhsky and Zainsky districts.

Representatives of the districts and the bailiff service of these municipalities were heard via video link. Reporting information was discussed and recommendations were given on effective enforcement of claims and court decisions.
