Mukharryam Ibyatov, Deputy Minister of Justice of Tajikistan: "Everyone should have free access to normative legal acts"
The program "New Morning" of the TV channel "Ether" aired an issue where the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke in detail about how the residents of the republic can at any time familiarize themselves with the acts adopted by local self-government bodies.
"Citizens throughout their lives are inextricably linked with legal acts. On any issues of life activity we refer to the documents. We need them to protect our rights, to know our responsibilities. That is why every person should have free access to them," the Deputy Minister explained.
In Tatarstan, all necessary measures are taken to ensure that residents of the republic can familiarize themselves with municipal legal acts. For example, local government acts are posted on the official websites of municipalities, the Official Legal Information Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan (pravo.tatarstan.ru), as well as on the portal of the Ministry of Justice of Russia (pravo.minjust.ru).
Acts on the Official Legal Information Portal of the Republic are posted in two state languages.
The search is available by name and dates of adoption.
To date, 268,008 acts have been published on the portal.
A large database of acts of federal, regional and municipal levels is in the federal register of normative legal acts. In the register there is an opportunity to see additional information about the document: the status of action, date of publication, its compliance with the legislation. In addition, on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan in the section "Local Self-Governance" there is a link and instructions for obtaining information from the federal register.
"All these systems are reliable and serve as official sources of publication of acts, which the population can safely use to protect their rights and interests in court proceedings, when receiving support measures from the state and in other life situations", - said Mukharryam Mansurovich.
