Working meeting on draft rules of land use and development of settlements
Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov held a working meeting in video-conference mode on the preparation of draft rules of land use and development of urban and rural settlements for municipalities. Representatives of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ministry of Land and Property Relations and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic took part in the discussion of problematic issues related to the work on urban planning zoning documents.
In the course of the meeting the mistakes and inconsistencies with the legislation, allowed during the development of draft rules of land use and development, were considered.
The participants of the meeting noted the necessity of joint work on the drafts of the said rules and came to an agreement on consideration and coordination of such drafts by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The agreed drafts will be sent to the municipalities.
