Today the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented the new Legal Aid Center in Bogatye Saby.
Conducting a tour of the building, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin noted that on the basis of the Center specialists of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide free legal assistance to citizens.
"Legal advice will be provided to all applicants regardless of category. Representatives of the Bar and Notary Chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in the provision of free legal assistance, as well as legal education and informing the population in the field", - said the Minister.
Recall that within the framework of the national project "Demography" on the preservation of human welfare a year ago the State Legal Bureau of the Republic was opened in Kazan. During this time, 1885 residents received free legal assistance, and in 2023 - 1077. The staff of the institution has conducted more than 30 field trips to municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, at which more than 270 citizens of the republic received assistance.
Employees of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund and the branch of the State Fund for Support of Participants of the Special Military Operation "Defenders of the Fatherland" in the Republic of Tatarstan will also carry out activities in the center.
It should be noted that in the work of the State Legal Bureau special attention is paid to legal assistance to the participants of the special military operation and members of their families. In June 2023 between the State Legal Bureau and the republican branch of the State Fund for Support of Participants of the Special Military Operation "Defenders of the Fatherland" in the Republic of Tatarstan.
