The Ministry of Justice reminds: Tatarstan residents can enroll through the Portal of State Services of the Republic of Tatarstan at 190 judicial precincts of justices of the peace. With the help of an electronic queue it is possible to receive services:
Familiarization with case materials
Issuance of judicial acts
Issuance of judicial acts with a mark of entry into legal force
Receipt of enforcement documents
Receipt of documents from the archive
Electronic justice has been launched at all judicial precincts of justices of the peace. To submit an application it is necessary to:
open "Personal cabinet" on the portal of justices of the peace
select "Submit a procedural document", the method of application and fill in the data
select the district of the justice of the peace, type of proceedings and other data
choose the type of electronic document and send it to the court
