Summarizing the results of work on the implementation of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Muharryam Ibyatov a meeting in videoconference mode was held on the issue of realization by local self-government authorities of the transferred to them separate state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of 9 months of 2023.
The event was attended by representatives of municipalities, responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offences.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, reported on the results of their activities.
The information on collection of fines in a compulsory manner was presented by Alfiya Sagdeeva, an employee of the department of organization of enforcement proceedings of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Representatives of administrative commissions of Naberezhnye Chelny, Verkhneuslonsky and Yelabuzhsky districts were heard during the discussion of indicators on the collection of fines. Representatives of Kazan, Bugulma and Chistopol districts shared their experience in effective collection of administrative fines.
At the end of the meeting the Deputy Minister set tasks for the organization of effective work to reduce the arrears of administrative fines.
