The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the results of the implementation of the republican anti-corruption program for 9 months of 2023
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by the First Deputy Minister Ainur Galimov held a meeting with responsible executors of the state program "Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan". Representatives of the republican bodies and organizations reported on the execution of the state program for 9 months of 2023.
The representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that within the framework of the state program an agreement was concluded for procurement for the development, publication, subsequent updating and distribution in state authorities and local self-government authorities of methodological materials aimed at improving anti-corruption activities. According to the rapporteur, due to the fact that 2023 is declared the year of national cultures and traditions in the Republic of Tatarstan, the methodological materials will be booklet calendars, the structure of which will be filled with a historical aspect. Besides, within the framework of execution of item 4.9 of the program, it is planned to hold the All-Russian scientific-practical conference on the issues of counteraction to corruption with international participation at the end of November.
A representative of the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications "Tatmedia" told about the release of a series of TV programs on legal education of the population in the field of anti-corruption, to date, 10 TV programs on this topic have been conducted, which you can watch here and here.
In 2023, a special journalistic contest will be held among the national mass media for the best coverage of anti-corruption issues. 6 applications have been submitted by the end of October - 30 works. In total, over 4,500 anti-corruption materials were published in the republican mass media in the first 9 months of 2023.
A representative of the Center for Public Procedures "Business against Corruption" said that they visited 15 municipal districts of the republic, where they held educational lectures on the topic of combating corruption in organizations. Among other things, it is planned to develop a template of local normative legal acts, which will allow to counteract corruption within the organization in accordance with Article 15.3 of the federal law.
As a result of the meeting, the executors of the program were recommended to ensure the implementation of program activities by the end of the year.
