The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan determined "The Best in Profession"
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the annual competition for the title "Best in Profession" among the employees of local self-government authorities responsible for the execution of delegated individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
16 participants from different districts of the Republic competed in skills in two nominations:
"The best responsible secretary of the administrative commission";
"Best Responsible for collection of information from rural/ urban settlements required for keeping the municipal register.
The nomination "The Best Executive Secretary of the Administrative Commission" is judged in two categories depending on the number of cases considered by the administrative commission:
Category 1 - up to 600 cases reviewed;
2 category - 601 and more cases considered.
The contest program consisted of two stages: in the first stage the contestants' activity was evaluated on the basis of the submitted materials and the results of their work for 2022. In the second stage, the participants answered test questions on the relevant areas. The time allotted to complete the tasks was strictly limited.
At the meeting of the commission on summarizing the results of the competition, Minister of Justice of RT Rustem Zagidullin noted that the implementation of control over the execution by local self-government authorities of the abovementioned transferred state powers is a priority task of the Ministry. "Holding this competition helps to identify and encourage the most professionally trained, with in-depth knowledge, highly qualified specialists", - he emphasized.
According to the results of the competition, the commission determined the winners:
in the nomination "The best executive secretary of the administrative commission":
in the first category - Dolinina Yulia Ivanovna, executive secretary of the administrative commission of the Tetyush municipal district;
in the second category - Elena Kalashnikova, executive secretary of the administrative commission of the city of Kazan on certain issues of improvement;
Elena Morozova, Head of the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government authorities and Inter-Municipal Cooperation of the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal Area, in the nomination "Best Responsible for Collecting Information from Settlements Required for Maintaining the Municipal Register".
The winners will be awarded in a solemn atmosphere at the meeting of the final board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. Congratulations to our colleagues!
