The Ministry of Justice held a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Novosheshminsky and Cheremshansky districts of the republic
In pursuance of the State Program "Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan" in accordance with the approved schedule the Ministry holds video receptions of the heads of rural settlements.
Today under the guidance of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Novosheshminsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts of the Republic was held.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Novosheshminsky municipal district Nadezhda Popkova, Deputy Head of the Cheremshansky municipal district Nadezhda Gumerova, heads of rural settlements within the Novosheshminsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department for Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation. In addition, the questions received from settlements were answered.
Ralia Garifullina, Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of Municipal Register, informed on the situation with regard to sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them in compliance with the legislation, as well as with regard to publication of acts on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, touched upon the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as the execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
During the reception the issues of elimination of gaps in legal regulation, work with acts of prosecutor's response were discussed.
