The Veterans Council summarized its work for 2023

Today, a meeting of the Veterans Council was held with the participation of the Ministry's management.

Mukharryam Ibyatov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the Veterans Council, made a report on the activities of the Council. Together with the results of activity he told about the plans of work for 2024, in particular, he informed about the participation of pensioners in the events dedicated to the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the International Day of the Elderly.

Mukharryam Mansurovich noted another no less important direction of the Council's work - moral and patriotic education of youth. And here the contribution of the Council of Veterans can hardly be overestimated. And in this direction new forms are actively introduced, new approaches are applied, for example, in the II quarter in the Ministry there was a meeting of the member of the Council Alexander Mikhailovich Chashin with young employees of the Ministry of Justice. The young people listened to the veteran with interest, because the professional and life experience of Alexander Mikhailovich serve as an inspiring example for them. "Such meetings allow us to create strong threads linking two generations," emphasized the chairman of the Veterans Council.

Ksenia Martochkina, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry of Justice, made a report on the benefits and opportunities enjoyed by the members of the trade union organization of the Ministry.

Answering the veterans' questions, Ksenia Vyacheslavovna said that there are always favorable offers for trade union members and their families. "The primary trade union organization of the Ministry participates in the program "Employees' health improvement". In addition, there are sanatorium-resort facilities, in which trade union members are provided with a fixed discount," she said.

The veterans, in turn, noted the significant role of the trade union organization in protecting the interests of civil servants and improving the quality of life, and expressed their desire to join the organization.

Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin thanked the veterans for their interest in the activities of the Ministry, for their recommendations and constructive conversation, congratulated them on the coming New Year and wished them good health, vigor, long happy years of life.
