Tatarstan Gosurbureau provides assistance to the participants of the SWO and their families
Participants of the special military operation and their relatives received free legal assistance on the issues of passing the military medical commission, recognition of an heir as unworthy and labor legislation.
The reception was held by Rafael Giniatullov, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the Tatarstan branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
During the reception the deputy head held legal consultations, explained the requirements of the legislation on these issues, assisted in the preparation of draft applications to the authorized bodies, as well as to the court.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that receptions of citizens in the Fund are held by specialists of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan weekly on Thursdays. Holding such events corresponds to the goals and objectives of the national project "Demography" in terms of preserving the well-being of people.
