During the year, almost two thousand citizens received assistance from the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan
In 2023, 1,908 residents of Tatarstan received free legal assistance. Mostly during the year, pensioners and military personnel, public sector workers and large families applied for free llegal assistance.
Employees of the State Legal Bureau have compiled more than 500 legal documents such as statements of claim and objections to the courts, statements to regulatory and law enforcement agencies.
Special attention in the work of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic is paid to legal assistance to participants in a special military operation and their family members. Most often, legal consultations were held on issues related to labor, housing legislation, as well as social security.
Earlier, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin noted that the right to receive free legal assistance from the participants of the Special military operation and their family members appeared in December 2022, and in July 2023 the categories of participants were expanded.
The problems of Tatarstan residents are different, and the results are also different. But still, most of the claims formulated by specialists are satisfied. There are many situations when employees of the State Law Bureau really helped people who applied to them. For example, the chief specialist of the State Legal Bureau, Marat Sharafutdinov, helped the grandfather of a soldier who died on his own to file an objection to the bank's statement of claim for refusal to satisfy a claim for foreclosure on mortgaged property. In the court proceedings, the objection was satisfied, and the property remained with the applicant.
Another person who applied was helped by employees of the State Legal Bureau to receive salary arrears. We have prepared an application to the prosecutor's office to conduct an audit on the applicant's arguments about a violation of labor legislation, as a result of which the debt was fully repaid.
The provision of free legal assistance corresponds with the goals and objectives of the national project «Demography», created by Decree of the President of Russia, in the line of preserving the well-being of people.
