In 2023, the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan checked 3,100 drafts of regulatory legal acts of the republican level
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, within the framework of the final board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted that the state registration of normative legal acts of republican executive authorities and their official publication are mandatory conditions for the entry into force of departmental acts and the legitimacy of their application.
In 2023, 2,161 acts were submitted for state registration, 1967 of which were registered. More than 7% of the acts were returned due to non-compliance with legislation and shortcomings of a legal and technical nature. In 2023, the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan organized 10 inspections of compliance by republican executive authorities with the rules for sending acts for state registration.
In addition, in 2023, a legal and anti-corruption examination of 3,100 draft regulatory legal acts of the republican level was carried out. In 12 projects, the Ministry identified 13 corruption-related factors.
