A meeting with senior magistrates of Tatarstan on topical issues of the functioning of judicial precincts was held at the Ministry of Justice under the leadership of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin.
The event was also attended by Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Kaminsky, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic Nadezhda Ragozina and heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Justice.
During the meeting, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin noted that this year the Ministry has launched active work on the integration of the Magistrates software package and the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments. According to the minister, this integration will help minimize the occurrence of unexplained payments, as well as automate the workflow.
Nadezhda Ragozina, speaking with the report, paid special attention to the issue of expanding citizens' access to justice using digital technologies. First of all, important, fundamental steps have been taken to introduce electronic justice in the judicial precincts of magistrates, with the help of which citizens and legal entities have the opportunity to contact magistrates electronically.
Recall that in order to submit a document to the judicial section electronically, a citizen needs to log in to the Portal of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, go to the Personal Account tab, where they can verify through a Single identification and authentication system for further work with the system.
The Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court noted that in 2023, more than 1 million cases were considered in the republic, more than 75% of which were cases considered by magistrates. He thanked his colleagues for the high quality of the administration of justice.
