Deputy Minister Nadezhda Ragozina held a seminar-meeting with the staff of the magistrates' offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, issues related to the functioning of judicial sections of magistrates, executive discipline and logistical support were discussed, special attention was paid to issues related to the functionality of the Magistrates software package that automates the process of judicial record keeping, problems and solutions were voiced in terms of maintaining judicial statistics, registering court cases.
Representatives of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, making presentations, separately raised the issue of the functioning of the service for sending executive documents to bailiffs in electronic form. It was noted that the service minimizes the risks of loss or falsification of documents, allows you to effectively monitor the execution of decisions of magistrates, promptly monitor all actions on each executive document and enforcement proceedings.
