Meeting of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of work for 2023
Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin took part in a meeting of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan dedicated to the results of work for 2023. The event was held in the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan.
Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted during the meeting that the creation of appropriate conditions for the accessibility of justice is one of the priorities in the Republic.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan provides organizational and logistical support for the activities of magistrates. Within the framework of the national project «Digital Economy», in order to simplify the interaction of citizens with the courts, the Ministry of Justice, through the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», implements digital transformation projects in the field of world justice. One of the most significant projects is «Electronic Justice».

Recall that in order to submit statements of claim, complaints or other documents to magistrates in electronic form, it is necessary:
-open a «Personal account» on the portal of magistrates;
-select «Submit a procedural document», the method of treatment and fill in the data;
-select the magistrate's area, type of production and other data;
-select the type of electronic document and send it to the court.
