Meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
Today, a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held in the meeting room of the Ministry of Justice, where members of the working group discussed the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Amendments to Articles 32 and 32¹ of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan ».
According to the proposed changes, large families permanently residing in the territory of the municipal formation of the city of Kazan, land plots can be provided within the boundaries of the municipalities of Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsk, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky municipal districts. To citizens permanently residing in the territory of the municipal formation «the city of Naberezhnye Chelny », land plots can be provided within the boundaries of the municipal formation «Tukayevsky municipal district ».
The projected date of entry into force of the law is January 1, 2025, with the exception of certain provisions, the entry into force of which is provided for 10 days after the date of official publication of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan.
