Field event in the Tetyushsky municipal district
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a field event to provide legal and methodological support to local governments of the Tetyushsky municipal district.
Together with the responsible persons of the local self-government bodies of the district, issues of execution of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducting an anti-corruption examination of municipal legal acts, bringing them into line with the legislation were worked out.
During the event, the organization of work on the fulfillment of non-property requirements and court decisions imposed on local governments of the district and settlements was also studied, and a reconciliation of enforcement proceedings received from the bailiff service was carried out.
Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations in order to improve work efficiency.
