The Main Department of the Federal Migration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed issues of electronic interaction between departments
On May 22, Deputy Minister Nadezhda Ragozina, Head of the Department of Organizational and Legal support for the activities of Magistrates Lilia Khabibullina and Head of the Department of Legal Informatization and Computer Systems Adel Safin took part in an interdepartmental working meeting held at the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was also attended by: Acting Deputy Head of the Main Department Nadezhda Tarasova, Deputy Head of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Ibragimov, Chairman of the judicial staff of the Administrative Board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Luisa Sibgatullina, as well as representatives of organizations (legal entities) who most often apply to the courts with statements of claim and applications for court orders.
The meeting discussed issues of electronic interaction in terms of the formation and sending of enforcement documents in electronic form to the bailiff service.
