Rustem Zagidullin took part in the Forum of bodies ensuring the activities of magistrates of the subjects of the Russian Federation
A forum on the organizational support of magistrates was held in the Stavropol Territory, which was attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.
Justices of the peace have occupied a significant place in the judicial system of the Russian Federation for more than twenty years. During the Forum, more than 200 participants from different regions of the country discussed topical issues related to the organization of the functioning of the justice of the peace system, identifying problems and ways to solve them, special emphasis was placed on the introduction of new technologies.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan provides logistical, organizational, methodological and financial support for the activities of magistrates. The Ministry pays special attention to the issue of expanding citizens' access to justice using digital technologies in this area.
Important, fundamental steps have been taken to introduce electronic justice in the judicial precincts of magistrates, for example, all magistrates in the republic accept statements of claim, petitions and other procedural documents in electronic form.
According to the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, the development of modern information technologies ensures high quality of execution of court documents, allows informing the public about the activities of courts, therefore, increasing citizens' confidence in the judicial system.
