Today, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a training seminar for local governments on the issues of conducting an independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts.
During the seminar, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov noted that work is constantly being carried out in the Republic aimed at improving the quality of the anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their projects, involving independent experts accredited by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in this work.
«Today, according to the State Register of Independent Experts of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, 27 experts are accredited in Tatarstan, 26 of them are individuals», - the Deputy minister said. Anti–corruption expertise is a preventive tool in the system of measures aimed at preventing corruption. For the municipality and for independent experts, the ultimate goal is to achieve the adoption of high–quality regulations. We need to work in tandem, using the anti-corruption «tips» of experts», - he added.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts legal expertise of municipal regulatory legal acts, as well as summarizes statistics on anti-corruption expertise of acts and their projects conducted by republican executive authorities and local governments.
So, for 5 months of 2024, the Ministry, as part of the ongoing examination, identified 274 corruption-causing factors in 133 municipal regulatory legal acts.
