In Tatarstan, 36 thousand municipal acts have been brought into line with the legislation
Issues of accounting, systematization and alignment with the legislation of municipal regulatory legal acts were discussed with representatives of local governments in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
Thanks to the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», the automated information system «Codex» is used in the republic.
In order to respond in a timely manner to changes in legislation, local governments have been provided with access to the automated information system «Codex», which identifies contradictions and gaps in legislation in an automatic mode. The recommendations of the system allow them to respond pointwise to inconsistencies with legislation in the acts and make appropriate changes.
As of June 1 of this year, 36 thousand regulatory legal acts of local governments, or 84% of those identified by the system, were brought into compliance with the legislation using the automated information system «Codex» .
«The issues of municipal rulemaking remain one of the priorities of the Ministry of Justice», - said Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov. The legal regulation of public relations on the territory of municipalities, the timely elimination of inconsistencies in acts with legislation using information technology is one of the elements of successfully resolving issues of local importance and improving the quality of life of the population», - he added.
