Field events in Buinsky and Drozhzhanovsky districts
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted field events to study the execution by local governments of the Buinsky and Drozhzhanovsky districts of state powers to fill in the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 3, 2015 № 92-ZRT, local governments of municipal districts of the republic collect information from settlements and send it to the Ministry of Justice necessary for maintaining the municipal register.
So, in 2023 and 5 months of this year, more than 1 thousand regulatory legal acts of settlements of the Buinsky district were received for inclusion in the register. Responsible persons of the Drozhzhanovsky district for the specified period published 679 settlement normative legal acts on the Official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Also during the event, employees of human resources services in the districts were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local governments, recommendations were made in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and activities of the state program.
