The delegation of the Republic of Bashkortostan visited the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan to exchange experience in the field of justice
A delegation of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Justice Affairs arrived at the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan. The meeting with the delegation was held by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina.
The main purpose of the colleagues' stay was to familiarize themselves with the main activities of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan». The parties discussed in detail issues related to ensuring the activities of magistrates, the administration of fines imposed by magistrates in cases of administrative offenses, as well as the development of electronic justice and the introduction of information technologies in court proceedings.
To simplify the interaction of citizens with the courts, within the framework of the national project «Digital Economy», digital transformation projects in the field of world justice are being implemented in the republic. Important, fundamental steps have been taken to introduce electronic justice in the judicial precincts of magistrates, for example, all magistrates in the republic accept statements of claim, petitions and other procedural documents in electronic form.
During the visit, the colleagues visited the judicial precincts of magistrates, where they got acquainted with the organization of work and logistical equipment of judicial precincts.
