In Tatarstan, in the first half of 2024, almost a thousand people received legal assistance from the State Legal Bureau of the Republic
Within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan", free legal assistance is provided in the republic. In the first half of 2024, 996 residents of Tatarstan received such assistance, mainly military personnel and their family members, disabled people of groups 1 and 2, and large families applied for free legal assistance. This was stated by the head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Mars Fatkullin at a meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Most often, legal consultations were held on issues related to labor, housing legislation, as well as social security. Employees of the State Legal Bureau have compiled more than 150 legal documents such as statements of claim and objections to the courts, statements to regulatory and law enforcement agencies.
In addition, when providing free legal assistance, a special car is used, designed to organize exit points for providing free legal assistance. In the 1st half of 2024, according to the work plan of the State Legal Bureau, 30 visits to municipal districts of the republic were carried out, during which free legal assistance was provided to 177 citizens.
