Free legal assistance was provided to parents who, together with their children, live free of charge in the Kazan Family Home
A Day of providing free legal assistance to families in difficult life situations was held at the «Home away from Home» in Kazan. The event was held by the State Institution «State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan» with the participation of a representative of the Office of the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The joint reception was held within the framework of the All-Russian Week of Legal Assistance for the protection of Family Interests. Every adult resident of the free family hotel «Family Together» and parents of patients of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan were able to receive detailed answers to all their questions. The most frequent appeals concerned the registration of payments and benefits to large families and children with disabilities, registration of child disability and admission of a disabled child to the first grade. In total, 10 families received legal assistance.
Rafael Ginniatullov, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan, stressed the importance of holding the All-Russian Week of Legal Assistance within the framework of the Year of the Family, the priority task of which is to create maximum support for families raising minor children on all legal issues of interest to them.
It is worth noting that the provision of free legal assistance corresponds to the goals and objectives of the national project «Demography» in terms of preserving the well-being of people.
