Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan take part in advanced training of municipal employees within the framework of the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration program

At the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of KFU, the professional development program for deputy heads of executive committees of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan continues. The speakers of the training program were the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov and the head of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and maintenance of the municipal register Ralia Garifullina.

Five groups of students have already completed the training, with a total of seven planned. The training program covers the most important legal issues encountered in the daily activities of deputy heads of executive committees of rural settlements, such as social services for the population, working with citizens' appeals, record keeping, the sphere of land and property relations and much more.

According to the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Muharryam Ibyatov, local self-government is a fundamental element of the democratic structure of the state, ensuring the participation of citizens in the management of local affairs. An important part of local government is its legal basis.

In his speeches, the Deputy Minister reveals the topics of the legal foundations of local self-government in Russia, as well as accounting and bringing municipal regulations into compliance with the legislation.

At the end of the program, a final certification is provided in the form of electronic testing.
